FAQs and Shop Policies

How do I get in touch?
E-mail us at info@chanchala.co.uk. We respond quickly (within a couple of hours during working hours; and pretty quickly even outside of working hours).
When will my order ship?
All orders, including personalised orders, are shipped within 4 working days. Some items ship in 1 working day. Personalised and made to order items will generally ship in 2 to 4 working days. If you’re in a hurry, please get in touch with us to let us know you need your order quickly.
How long will delivery take?
Once posted out, delivery is expected to take:
UK: 1 – 2 working days (all sent 1st Class or Special Delivery)
Europe: 3 - 5 working days;
USA: 5 - 7 working days;
Worldwide (incl. Canada, Australia): 1 - 2 weeks;

Please note however that these are delivery aims from Royal Mail (and in no way guaranteed delivery times). International shipping can on occasion take up to 3 or 4 weeks.

Express Shipping (2-3 days guaranteed) is available to the USA and other destinations. Get in touch for a quote.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Contact us if there are any problems with your order. We will do our best to offer you the best service possible. For returns or exchanges:
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Please note however, because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
My items haven’t arrived when I expected them to?
We always obtain tracking/certificates of posting. In the very unlikely event that something doesn't reach you for any reason, please note we must wait:
  • 3 weeks for UK orders
  • 5 weeks for international orders
from date of posting before we can refund/replace. All lost post claims are passed on to Royal Mail for investigation and tracing. Once Royal Mail has concluded investigations, should the parcel not turn up, we will refund you / send out a replacement.
